Delicious meals start with fresh cuts of meat. At E.M. Heath Supermarket, whether you are grilling, baking, frying or slow cooking your meal you will find fresh cut quality meats. We have Certified Angus Beef, Smart Chicken products, as well as our fresh pork, lamb, veal and chicken products. Try some of our in store specialties like our beef pinwheels, store made sausage, flavored beef patties, marinated steak tips and our ready to cook specialties. Our Fresh Produce

Having 5 fresh fruits and vegetables a day is a key to a healthy lifestyle. At E.M. Heath Supermarket our produce is fresh and full of variety. We offer a variety from our local farming partners here in New Hampshire and supplement with fresh produce from around the world to give you the freshest product available during each season. We have a selection of organic grown produce to offer for a healthier lifestyle.

Our Fresh Deli

Our variety of deli meats and cheeses are freshly sliced to ensure you are getting deli products sliced just the way you want them. We feature the following brands Boars Head, Dietz and Watson, Sara Lee, Cabot, Land O Lakes and Shurfine as well as a wide variety of specialty cheeses to please everyone's taste. Our Deli makes fresh lobster rolls, salads, sandwiches and wraps daily. Need a quick meal? Try our rotisserie chicken, or any of our ready to serve entrees. Just "heat and serve". Every Thursday from 3 pm to 6 pm we have a fresh fried haddock dinner special and on Fridays from 3:30pm to 6:30 pm "create your own pizza" at our Pizzarama. You choose the toppings, take it home, and bake. For special occasions remember our deli has lobsters, sandwich platters and meat and cheese platters to fulfill all your needs.

Our Fresh Bakery

Enjoy the aroma of our fresh baked peanut butter kiss cookies or our signature garlic provolone bread. Our bakery makes an assortment of fresh baked goods daily. Everyday there is something to enjoy like our french bread, assorted pies, fruit and nut breads, muffins, cookies and breads. Having a gathering or party? Special order pastry platters and custom decorated cakes for that special occasion. What ever your needs are, we will meet them for you.
